Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

- Return shipping fees: If the return is due to quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs; if the return is due to customer preference, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (if paid via PayPal, the refund will be returned to your PayPal account). Processing time is typically 5-7 business days, though it may vary depending on the payment method.
